♥Exhausted♥

Induction has ended.
YEAH! I was exhausted....
This induction is to get us to be confirmed as Teachers.Just like lawyers. They had to do their chambering for a certain period of time then, they are able to be a confirmed lawyer. Well, this almost goes the same to TEACHERS here in Malaysia:)
I have now been teaching 2 years and 4 months (to be exact), and if i haven't sit for this induction after 3 years, my salary will stay static without any increament that other teachers enjoy.
~Smiling, while saying deep within."I don't think i want that to happen:~
Therefor, this induction is very important for those who are almost touching on their 3rd year. ~Which almost got me worried~
For those who are unable to meet with the reqiurements, and had to extended their time, they had to write a letter to the specific unit in the Education ministry's departments to inform them about one's extention dates.
This induction was a 3 day course!
We were so lucky as compared to previous years, where teachers had to attend Induction for 2 weeks. This is all due to the constraint financial faced by the Education Ministry.
Well, there is always bad news tailing off the good news:)
The 3 day course, had forced us to stay awake the whole day to listen to speaks reagrding about the organization, laws and rights, and bottom line is that what NEW TEACHERS need to know:)
We only had a few minutes to rest and 30 minute was the maximum of time.
In the end, we were to sit for an exam. Darn!
I had trouble in memorizing the points and adding up that i don't even have the skills to elaborate even though the essay was conducted in 'Malay'....which i'm actually not good at. I prefer English as i am an ENGLISH TEACHER.Lol!
Well, i tried my best to comprehend the notes given. And Walaaa! I was out from the exam hall and complained hahahahahah..
What i had focused on reading didn't come quite pleasing to my eyes as i read the questions.
Most of the questions made my jaws wide opened. Good thing the others were busy flipping the papers and other were reading the questions. So, they didnt see how awful i looked at that moment.
So, here i had to try my skills to elaborate in MALAY which was quite rusty though!
But, i had no choice. I began to forgot the points and good thing 'Heldy'-a teacher i know, helped me on the missing points! :p
Thank God!
So there we were, helping each other! Lol
